Overview

Priplug has been created with privacy in mind, and as such, the Developer has created an App that does not (currently) require registration or collect any of your personal information.

However, based on your device type, the platform (AppStore for iOS devices, and GooglePlay for Android) from where you have downloaded Priplug may collect and share limited data with Priplug LLC/Developer. Such data includes statistical information on the number of downloads, errors encountered while using Priplug. We use these information for bug tracking, making necessary updates, etc.

The purpose of data processing by those highlighted platforms (in the above section) most likely would be to allow you to download Priplug on your mobile. The legal basis for the processing is, thus, “performance of contract”. The limited information that Priplug LLC might collect are not personal information, and they are not kept for more than 3-6 months. We will not use the information for any other purpose other than for those purposes already highlighted above.

As mentioned above, Priplug LLC may collect some information from the platforms where you have downloaded Priplug, but they are not personal information.

Since the likely basis of processing your personal information by the highlighted platforms is the “performance of contract”, the provision of your personal information to them is a contractual requirement.
